The primary function of Young Women Facing Their Future, The primary function of Young Women Facing Their Future, Incorporated is to empower young women with the tools to become independent, productive, respectful, and positive contributors in today’s society. Our youth will be provided with the opportunity to engage in activities which will guide them along a conscientious path of self-awareness and self-acceptance.
Through our program, we encourage and motivate our youths to seek principles of high self esteem and self-worthiness. Implementation of these critical factors of self-confidence will also enhance and promote a value system that will serve as core elements of good decision-making skills and optimism. In addition, participate will be afforded the opportunity of being exposed to a safe, healthy and loving environment. Operating in this type of setting will allow each youth to freely express themselves, their personal feelings, their experiences, their hopes, their dreams and their concerns. Our organization strives to provide the necessary tools for the prosperity and future success for all whom enters our doors.
Young Women Facing Their Future, Incorporated truly believes that each person has a right to be valued. We work towards manifesting this value in each person based on teamwork, personal commitment, integrity, compassion, respect and the demand of excellence. We collectively shared our talents towards this end, while treating everyone with the utmost respect, dignity and professionalism. Our youth are truly our future and if we do not invest in their future, our future leaders now become our future problems. We believe that early intervention and a nurturing environment is the key element to placing these young women on the right roads to future success.
